My grand daughter loved it

I gave this to an angel tree child and was so exited

My 7yo daughter received this as a birthday gift. She noted that "her shoes are hard to put back on." She also said "I love her dress!" As a parent, I love providing my daughter with dolls that represent people from diverse backgrounds, so this was a great addition to my daughter's Barbie collection.

I love these Curvy Barbies! Even though they are not as popular as the “skinny” Barbies to young girls but I just don’t understand why! I know they are dressed modesty than the “skinny” hooker Barbies are dressed! I give these Barbies to Operation Christmas Child and/or Toys for Tots charities for young girls around the world. Basically she is not a fat Barbie but how Barbie should look based on bust and how tall she is as a doll. Don’t get me wrong, I played with the normal skinny Barbie as a child. But I do think that girls should be educated on the misinformation that models and the media have for decades put out as normal when it is genetics, plastic surgery and photo manipulation! I believe girls should be taught to love themselves as they have been made. They should be taught to eat nutritious get proper exercise in play and to be self confident! I struggled with my body image when I matured to my full height and started puberty in the 5th grade! In junior high school I was made fun of by other girls and was actually touched inappropriately on the school bus by a couple of boys. When my dad found out he spoke to the principal and had the boys thrown off the bus or face police charges. My parents also made alternative arrangements for me to get to and from school. I was lucky to have parents who took care of me! In high school I began eating correctly and getting exercise through sports! I went to an all female college and learned to finally accept myself as I am! But I still feel that too much pressure is put on girls to look like “skinny” Barbie. To dress inappropriately foe their ages. The perfect “skinny” Barbie causes eating disorders and plastic surgery at a young age. I believe that we should all encourage our girls to play with dolls that will look more like a normal female adult than a “skinny” Barbie!

Una bella barbie, diversa dal solito. Non ha un viso spettacolare. Rappresenta una bella ragazza normale. Più che giusto direi. A me piace. Peccato che le gambe sono di plastica super rigida, erano belle le barbie anni 80/90 con le gambe che si piegavano leggermente sul ginocchio. Più morbide al tatto. Se fosse stata con corpo tutto snodato l avrei presa ancora più volentieri

C'est une belle barbie ronde au moule assez connu utilisé pour la barbie tropicale. J'avais peur que son rouge à lèvres soit trop rouge, Mattel ne maquille pas toujours bien les barbies noires. En réel elle est jolie et le rouge n'est pas trop criard. Sa tenue est de bonne qualité sauf ses chaussures. Mattel devrait faire des chaussures de qualité pour les barbies rondes sachant que c'est difficile à trouver et qu'elles sont de plus en plus utilisées, les barbies tall les portent également. J'ai attribué à toutes un corps semi-articulé .je conseille son achat car elle est jolie et les barbies rondes sont belles.

Preciosa muñeca y muy inspirante para los niños. Esta hecha muy bien y la compré de buen precio(para la Navidad). Se puede quitar la bata y su estetoscopio quedándose con un bonito vestido estampado, o con los accesorios puestos cuando se quiere ver como autentica doctora. Desarrolla la imaginación de los niños y puede orientarlos sobre elección de su futura profesión, especialmente en el mundo de la medicina. Tiene pelo suave y bonita cara. Creo que con ella se puede acertar bien cuando de hace un regalo. Llegó a tiempo en perfecto estado.
