AMOLENGlow in The Dark After Absorbing Multicolor Fast Change 3D Printer Filament, 5 Meter Green, Blue and Deep Blue(Purple) Bundle, PLA Filament 1.75mm, 3D Printing Filament 200g X 4 Pack

Has some initial printing problems with the filament. I had done same print several times before with PLA with no adhesion issues. This filament (the glo in dark PLA) I had two failures due to adhesion. First I did default settings I use for all my PLA, failed. Second time I tweaked accoridng to the instructions (change of temperature, change of speed). Still failed. Third time I used brims, worked like a charm.So, do a test print with this and keep an eye on it initially; it seems a bit more finacky than other filaments.That said: I contacted customer service about my issues; they had some advice, and they helped to make the situation more than right. So, kudos to them for responding quickly and really keeping their customers happy.

(Update) It glows really pretty and pretty even. Not the brightest but as expected with it being speckled flakes. Will buy again!I really like the appearance. Prints very well and consistent. Prints pretty good at 215C with a 70F ambient temperature without too much stringing, no noticeable odor. It appears it's not too harsh for brass nozzles. I'm happy with it and will buy anouther spool. I haven't gotten it to glow yet but will update when it does. It looks like semigloss metallic black when it's been extruded and very pretty. Spool was wound up super neat and not tangled and had very little moisture in it. It hasn't clogged my nozzle either (.04). Seems to be pretty good value. Removal was decent, I've had things stick worse to my pei sheet than this lol

Before we get started let's just get my setup out of the way so you know where I'm coming from.Ender 3 (not pro)SKR Mini E3 v1.2Flexible Magnetic Build Plate (Creality Official)BMG Clone ExtruderCura Slicer with CHEP 4.7.X(Good) 0.2mm Profile.Alright so let's get into the meat of this review.When it comes to my printer I always wanted to try glow in the dark filament but was always worried that it wouldn't look good. Plain and simple, I'm glad I was wrong. Main thing to say is the glow works MUCH better when exposed to sunlight. I think it's the UV rays that is causing it to soak up so much energy so one day I want to try this with a black light.Temperature: I couldn't find a "best" temperature for it, everything from 180-210 or so seemed to look great which is a good thing. Means you don't have to worry about things looking weird and don't really just have to look for anything when it comes to the temperature. Just set it to 200c for the nozzle and 60c for the bed and you're good to go.Color: If you think you're getting a blue filament that glows blue don't. It's white under normal light but you get it in the dark and it glows a mighty blue. Just look at the pictures I posted. There are no filters. Just left them out in the sun for a few minutes, took them in a completely dark room, and took a picture. I really didn't expect the glow to be so bright honestly. It was a very pleasant surprise. I need to find some outdoor applications to use this in so that dusk looks even cooler outside my house. The white itself looks good and is even a little transparent. It could make a good surprise if you were to give a gift to someone who likes blue and they think you gave them a white item only for it to glow blue in the future.Adhesion: I'm starting to think the cheap filament I had before was what was causing them not to adhere to my bed but the 3 most recent filament's I have gotten have stuck well, though it may also be the new springs I got too. Layers stuck well to each other as well as to the bed. No layer shifting from anything and it didn't pop off mid print to ruin everything. No complaints when it comes to this category.Packaging: Came in a normal box with the flip open tab for easy storage as well as a sealed metallic zipper bag. Filled it with air and gave it a press to see if any air was leaking out and it wasn't so I went ahead and placed a few extra desiccant packs in there because I want to make sure this filament stays good till I use it all. I like the spindle itself. I don't know if AMOLEN's other filament's come on clear spindles as well or if this is it because the filament is a little translucent.Overall: I have 0 complaints and just can't stop raving about this. I'm hoping one day they have a glow in the dark purple and once they do I'm buying immediately. Next I hope I can get my hands on the shiny glow green (looks like it has chunks of EXTRA glowy pieces in it) and the color change ones one day. Cheers!

Product prints well on a bambu x1c however there is almost no glow. I had a print under UV light for hours with minimal glow. It's basically a matte black filament. Amolen saw this review and refunded me without me having to ask. Evidently there was not enough phosphorus in the batch my filament came from. Sounds like they will try to fix the problem. So while I cannot give this particular product a good review, Amolen was on top of it. And the other filaments I've bought from them have printed great.
