Routledge Mastering the National Admissions Test for Law

I bought 8 different LNAT books (can't be too safe!). The MCQ's were too hard in some in too easy in others. After having done the test, the questions in here easily are the closest in resemblance to the real thing. I'd say this book and the YouTube video on the LNAT by Eve Cornwell are all you need to do very well in this very difficult admissions test. All answers very well explained and analysed. 10/10 would recommend.

The advice and tips for approaching the LNAT are very useful, would recommend paying more attention to them than the actual practice questions, as they are easier than the actual passages in the test. It has very interesting essay questions and subsequent essay examples, which I found very helpful and something to aspire to.

Really good and definitely helped me although the passages are far longer than in the actual test. Also in this edition some of the answers given were not correct and I personally didn't like the style that the example essays were written in. This was the best book I found but the programme that you can download from the LNAT site is the best practice. However this only provides two practice tests as my memory serves and so a book is needed for adequate preparation.

If you are looking for a publication that will get you really prepared for LNAT, this is The One. It worked very well for me, helping me to get offers from 4 LNAT unis including Oxford. The multiple choice questions are actually slightly more difficult then the ones that I had in my exam, which is important to bear in mind, so that you don't get too sad over any bad results that you might get. The difference is not that grand though, and if you get used to this standard of difficulty, you will feel much calmer and much more confident during the test itself. I was also very satisfied with the exaplanations of results that this book provided. They were thought-through and helped me to get a better understanding of the thought processes that I had to use to get the correct result.

This book is really good for preparation. The level of difficulty was similar to the real test. The answers at the back were also really useful because they explained each option.I would highly recommend it.
