Defective PS5, No Refund, and Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Seller
Review: I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this seller to stay away. I ordered what was supposed to be a brand new PS5 console, but the unit arrived defective — the USB ports didn’t work, the controller wouldn’t charge when connected to the console via USB-C, and eventually the controller stopped pairing with the system altogether. When I requested a return, the seller never provided a prepaid shipping label through Amazon’s system. I had no choice but to pay over $130 out of pocket to send the console back. Now, even after returning the defective unit and showing proof of shipment, they are refusing to reimburse me for the return shipping and have not processed my refund for the console itself. This is completely unethical business practice. They sold me a defective item, avoided responsibility by not sending a proper return label, and are now stalling on issuing a refund. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable seller instead. These guys are not trustworthy and are running very shady business practices.
