Worked for me
I was pretty much vaping non stop and did everything I could to make sure I didn’t run out of vapes. I took risks vaping where I shouldn’t. I felt shame and guilt and knew it wasn’t a good look as well as bad for my health. I decided early last year to quit by the end of the year. I heard about this book and ordered it.I appreciated that there was no pressure to quit when I started reading and I sort of took my time getting through the book and I kept vaping. A lot of the information seemed redundant which was initially annoying but now I recognize that the information was reinforced and solidified in my brain.I finished the book and took in my last vape, gave all my nicotine away, and vowed not to resume.The first day was the worst with cravings. I played with a toothpick in my mouth but it was mostly mental and not physical. I kept busy and active and got through that first week. The book didn’t prepare me for the mental fog I experienced for that first week as well as some digestion changes (constipation) but I got through it. This book really helped rewire my brain and two months later, I’m still nicotine free and so proud and happy! I have recommended it to anyone wanting to make the change for good!

Just what I needed to quit vaping. LOGIC
It was a whole new experience reading this book and having a point hammered into my head using logic. I've tried to quit using my own willpower and failed 3 times. This feels different. I threw away my vape a couple days into reading this book. I wasn't even half finished with the book and it was just like something clicked and it suddenly became easy to say I don't want this. I have to say also that I was super skeptical that a book could help me quit vaping. I literally laughed about it joking to family and friends that "I'd try anything at this point" but was highly doubtful about it. I was wrong...at a time in my life filled with stress and severe anxiety, a time I am emotionally unhinged, and not able to think logically much anymore because my feelings override the logical side...this book used nothing but logic and honesty to get a point across and it's exactly how my brain needed to receive this kind of information. I'm 3 days in which I know isn't long and I've made it this far before..but this feels different. I'm able to brush the cravings or thoughts off easily and not obsess on them. If you're skeptical about purchasing, don't be...take the leap!

WAS I JUST HYPNOTIZED?? THIS WORKS!!!
Book is a 10 out of 10. Been vaping for the last 2 1/2 years... Extremely addicted, like waking up in the middle of the night to vape ect. Anyway, half way through this book and I have been VAPE FREE for 3 whole days. Ive tried to quit many times, but this time something just feels different. Like I just repeating things from the book in my head everytime I feel the urge. BUY THIS BOOK!

Works
Never thought I would be able to quit vaping but was so sick of the way it made me feel and how much of my time was wasted doing it. This book helped me understand the “why” and addiction. I quit vaping before I got halfway through this book and it’s way easier than I expected.

Turned me into an ex-vaper!
I used to smoke cigarettes then I stopped by picking up vaping and was a vaper for almost 7 years. I stumbled upon this book while researching ways to quit, and I am so thankful I did. I am proud to say I am no longer a vaper and it was SO EASY to quit with this book. I will NEVER use any sort of nicotine product again. I am FREE! Highly recommend!

Not too shabby
I read it! It definitely gets me in the right mindset. However, I have not been able to quit yet. But it may work for you. Fingers crossed! This is hard! Worse than the ‘RUGS’ I used to do. Tbh. Goodluck. I DO recommend buying this book though. It’s definitely worth a shot! It sure can’t make it worse, only better.

CHANGED MY LIFE
I just wanted to come with an update almsot 7 months later! I quit vaping August 11th 2024 and have not fallen back to it again. I was a nicotine addict for a very long time (consuming nicotine literally every day for 15 years) so my body definitley went through a rollercoaster. But this book made it all so easy! I mean when I say it, I really havent craved vaping since, sometimes I just crave the feeling slightly, or that I think about how fun times were when I used to haha, but overall I know it's so much better for me! Just wanted to say I'm forever grateful, and don't think you can't do it. I'm amazed every single day that I was able to quit!
