If you're in good shape (a.k.a. skinny/fit torso) you may not need this, but I'm not so I do. I have one particular IWB holster that has always dug into my belly and sides, enough that I had to stop wearing it because it was causing skin irritation. This pad took care of that for me. It comes with 6 adhesive-backed velcro dots that go on your Kydex/polymer holster however you think they will best serve your needs, then you just press the velcro side of the pad onto the dots and you're done. No more discomfort, and you can keep using your favorite holster. You should let the dots sit for a short while before trying to apply the pad, so that the adhesive bonds properly and you don't end up ripping one of the dots off like I did when you try to move the pad. I attached, then tried to move the pad less than a minute after I had applied the dots, and one came up. I've had no issues since then, and I've been carrying it several hours a day for two weeks. I would attach the pad and carry it for a day, then move the pad trying to get it exactly where I wanted. Each time (except the hasty first time) the velcro dots stayed on the holster, and the pad re-attached securely. Very comfortable now, well worth the modest price.

This is a game changer for concealed carry! The amount of Velcro included can fit multiple guns, and concealed carrying has never been more comfortable! I’ve been wearing this every day for around 3 months and there is no wear. When it eventually does wear out, I’m buying this again!

Order larger pad. Be prepared to crazy glue the little velcro circles to your holster as they do not hold on their own.

I was hesitant to order by the bad reviews and damaged pictures but I took a leap of faith and my holster is solid as can be. Been practicing dry fire drills and how to draw from concealment . Thing is legit.

The media could not be loaded.  I looked at the reviews on this item and seen a lot of 5 star reviews, but unfortunately the experience isn’t the same for me. I received this item as a Valentine’s Day gift Feb 14th, wore it 2 days, and it’s already falling apart at the seams. That is just sad. Unfortunately I don’t have time to lug my kids to UPS and deal with this return, just gotta toss this item in the trash and start over.. We need more honest reviews on this item, the quality is terrible. The sticky pads and Velcro works awesome though! I’m confident the new item I receive will not have this defect, they seem like a really nice company.

When I bought this product, I was hoping for something similar to a foam concealment wedge. On seeing the product in person, I was initially disappointed when I realized that it was a large, thin, flat pad. Still, I figured I'd give it a try and I'm really glad I did. While a foam wedge improves concealment by pushing your grips towards your body, the sticky comfort pad improves draw speed and comfort by preventing your holster from sliding down as you move about. This is easily one of the best mistaken purchases I've made, and I'm pretty pleased with how the pad performs.
