The media could not be loaded.  This is highly recommended and I wouldn't wait until your puppy is older. We placed this on our door where we take the puppy out to go potty. We first introduced it to her on the 4th day after bringing her home from the breeders (She's a cockapoo and was 9 weeks old) and had her sniff and touch it. Then put a treat next to the bells and when she touched the bells we gave her a treat. Since she wasn't afraid of it, we just kept it on the door and every time we took her out to go potty, we rang the bell, then opened the door and took her out to go potty. She is now 11 weeks old. For the last week she has been touching the bell to let us know she needed to go potty. At first it was a light touch, now she rings it so we can't miss it. When I take her out I tell her to go "Potty" and ask if she needs to go "more", if not we go right back in. We had a few times where she rang it just so she could go outside, but I would take her out and if she didn't go potty right away I would just bring her back inside and just leave her alone for a while. If I took her out and she went potty, I would highly praise her during and after, but we would come in right back in and play. Tip: When taking her out to go potty, make it a trip just to go potty, no playing around or fun until they come back inside. If you can gate or fence a small area large enough to potty but not to play. Otherwise they will ring just to go outside. Any way. I have a 11 week old puppy that now rings the bell pretty vigorously to let us know she has to go potty. No messes for a week now! This bell is great and so convenient

We have a sliding glass door, so we had to improvise the installation. A small picture frame nail holds the bells in place. After only 4 days of having the bells, our new puppy is letting us know when she has to go potty. They certainly work as advertised.

Wow! It works! I wasn't sure it could be this easy but after one week of being consistent and showing my 9 week old puppy these bells everytime she goes out to potty, she has it down! It is a dream come true.It took some determination and consistency. I had to guide her paw and say go potty everytime she went out then give her a treat and pets when she is successful.Also when she had an accident i would pick her up and bring her outside the same door with the bells. She gets it now. Every time she needs to go she just hits the bell with the snoot and waits to go out.I think she might be abusing it a little to get treats but thats okay because it is a good form of communication between us and has made my wife and i's life much easier.I highly recommend these to anyone with a puppy that needs to be potty trained. These work!

Now my dog wants to be outside ALL the time!! Our dearly departed buddy Dex never needed anything to tell us he needed to go out. He came over, barked once, and we went out. But our new Boston Terrier puppy Buster was just sitting by the door in silence til he peed! We felt horrible, he kept not getting treats, we needed a solution! So we got him a doorbell to let us know “hey! Mom and Dad, I need to go out!” It took less than 48 hours of bell ringing to get the jist. We actually took off the top set and put it on an old leash and put it on the outside so he could tell us when to come in. He just sits outside and sunbathes in his glorious faux grass dog yard. He rings the bells when he wants to potty, he rings the bells to sunbathe, he rings them to just make us get exercise haha! Best invention ever!

We have a thirteen week old puppy and got these when he was around ten weeks, their awesome! It took him about 5 days to really get the system down but now he knows everytime he needs to go to the bathroom he goes to the door hits the bells with his paw and we immediately come to let him out. These made the potty training process so much easier, and now our puppy hasn’t had an accident in the house in weeks!

I have no issue with the quality of this product, however after looking at several I decided to go with this one. The main image makes you think you are getting 2! There are several other bells listed on Amazon that are a set of 2 and a lot of them have an additional item with them such as a travel bowl. I was very disappointed when I opened my package and there was only one. I have a fairly new puppy and have 2 places I need to hang these. I could have got a set of 2 from someone else for less than I will have to pay for 2 of these. Change your listing so it is clear what people are getting!! There is no need to put a photo showing 2 when its the exact same picture other than to deceive people so they come back and buy another.

Super easy to install. This was a life saver teaching out little chihuahua to ring the bell when he wants to go out. If I am Upstairs in my house, I can clearly hear it. He was able to learn how to use it in no time.
