Just What I Was Looking For
The media could not be loaded. I cannot express how much I adore this daily kids' journal! It has become an integral part of our daily routine, and best part of all my kids don't fight me on doing it.The thoughtful design of the journal covers a wide spectrum of emotions, from joy to challenges, allowing my child to explore and understand their feelings in a healthy and constructive way. The gratitude section has been a game-changer, fostering a sense of appreciation and mindfulness. My daughter struggles finding the good at times and we can get in a rut of negative thinking and this gives her a purpose to find the positives in even the toughest days. The space dedicated to challenges and accomplishments is fantastic. It encourages my kids to set goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their victories – big or small. One of my favorite features is the drawing area. My daughter struggles with dysgraphia and writing is always a challenge. It's amazing how a simple sketch can sometimes convey emotions more effectively than words. It adds a creative touch to the journaling process and allows my kids to express themselves freely. The prompts are age-appropriate, and the journal strikes a perfect balance between structure and flexibility. The variety of topics ensures that my child engages with different aspects of their day, fostering self-reflection and emotional intelligence. In a world filled with screens and fast-paced activities, this journal provides a valuable opportunity for my child to unplug, reflect, and connect with their inner self.I highly recommend this daily kids' journal to any parent who wishes to instill mindfulness, gratitude, and self-reflection in their child's daily routine. It's a five-star investment in their emotional well-being and personal growth.

Busy
I wish there was less going on, the pages are very busy. But it’s a good basic journal for positive thinking and mindset development for kids. I’d recommend.

Great for moody kids
I got this for my ten year old who has a lot of BIG feels he likes to take out on his family. I thought I’d have to ask him to write in this daily, but to my surprise, he’s been doing it all on his own! Some days he still writes “nothing” for when it asks to list something good that happens, but then other days he writes all kinds of things! What matters is that he’s writing out all the good things here and there and hopefully working through some feelings and seeing that he has a lot to be grateful for. And I’m so relieved I’ve never had to push it!
