After wash I could find that, in the dispenser tray the fabric conditioner gels up and clogs it, with water remaining at the top. Mine is a front load washing machine and I am not sure if it's just a problem with my machine. Also on first and second use there was good fragrance but after that there is no fragrance. Only reason to choose this is, that it's safe as compared to other brands, but it also must justify the purpose. I would like to put to the brand's attention that before expanding to more range of products, they should first deal with such issues of the product. I could see that many consumers are also facing this issue of getting no fragrance.
