Needed to purchase these multivitamins as it has everything I need supplement wise.Swallowing is easy, size is manageable, taste ok, smells ok and is great value for moneyAs I am a vegetarian and needed b vitamins I chose this and so far is excellent for me.

Only gave 3 stars wife only just started using them take 3 weeks + for any vitamins to start taking effect If they are what is started.

I have been buying these vitamins for a couple of years now for my daughter.When she started her periods, she became quite pale and tired etc so I thought it best to try and pepe her up a bit with some extra vitamins. (She is a very health eater anyway, but I thought there was no harm in some extra vitamins).These definitely help with her energy levels and general wellness, she has hardly been ill over the past 3 years.

Update, I've been taking these since November. I feel much better, less hungry as I'm not craving food due to deficiency. I've lost over a stone since November. My menstrual cycle is also regulated which I'm sure is down to these helping my body and supporting the weightloss. I'd really recommend these, I'm about to repurchase. Only down side again is the folic acid, it's very difficult for the body to process into folate and can build up in your system. Would be nice if they made one without it but it is at a recommend safe dose so probably not an issue.These are a really good multivitamin, no taste and easy to swallow. They do have folic acid so he mindful of that. I feel they've helped me, I feel less lethargic and less hungry because my body has a better amount of what it needs.
