Really pleased with my purchase The packaging is 100% compostable. There is a mix of 4 seeds 40%organic pumpkin seed 40%sunflower seed 14%organic linseed and 6%organic sesame seed.This mix is high in Omega 3, 6 and fibre. My doctor suggested I needed to up my Omega 3s I think many of us have struggled during these lockdown with low mood etc. There is scientific evidence that omega 3s can help fight anxiety low mood etc. It has many other benefits too long to list here.As you can see from my photos I took when I'd poured the contents into my storage jar so you can easily see the mixture. This is just the mix I received nothing has been added.I found no evidence of any husks and it certainly smells lovely and fresh. The taste is excellent too.Ive found its much more economical for me to purchase the1kg size bag than the smaller sachets as I use lots of it. Not only do I have it on my cereals I bake lots of bread this mix is perfect for breadmaking. Also I enjoy it sprinkled on salad. In flapjack, cakes etc lovely in carrot cake. Fantastic product! We mix this in a jar with some goji berries, cacao nibs, walnut pieces and almonds, whack it on my organic oats with some blueberries in the morning with a drizzle of local raw honey and wallop! Easy tasty healthy moooesli and not processed! This way I’m 100% sure it’s all organic good gear that is delicious and keeps me going until lunch. Give it a whirl ;-)

Very tasty I'm on my second bag . I eat them just as they are sometimes i cook with them . Sprinkle them on toast or just bread with soup

I am so happy to have been delivered today 28/05 because I was making a loaf of bread today. I usually toast them before putting them in the bread machine seeds recipient. works every time. the bread is better and so nice

What a fantastic blend! All the seeds I wanted! Very fresh and great quality. Good mix of all the different kinds, I use it in homemade granola (photo) It’s perfect. Great as a quick healthy snack too, just grab some!

As I dislike fish this is a great way for me to get omega oils for my heart health. I have heart disease both sides of my family and detest fish so looked for alternative methods and this has proved the best solution for me.

We have used this mix for over a year to produce a seeded bread mix in our bread maker. I like the ratio of the mix. Not much more to say a good product that we will continue to buy whilst is available.

Really tasty mix of seeds. Good quality, no bits of husk or odd seeds.I use them in my bread maker mix, stir fry, and add to mixed fruit and granola for breakfast.Shame they are not in a subscription basis.
