Corrected mistake
I had bought a personalize keychain for my husband’s birthday and was so excited to give it to him. When it showed up it had the wrong leather personalization, after a few emails the mistake was corrected and they sent a new keychain that he loved.

Buckle broke after 2 uses
This was a gift to my SO for our anniversary. It was in beautiful condition when it came. After just two uses the buckle that attaches the ring to the product broke and came off. Then after one week of use the picture started to come off. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Photo quality
The leather itself was great but the photo quality of my picture turned out terrible. I did a light black and white photo and the picture turned out so dark. I could barely see the photo of my boyfriend and I. May return my keychain for another picture. DONT DO BLACK AND WHITE!
