Don't believe the hype that these belts will make you more thermogenic around your midsection and thereby burn fat. That's not what happens with these belts. They will have however make you sweat which is good for you. Wearing this around my midsection definitely helps make me sweat one on the treadmill where I normally would not sweat. The spell will be very good for the cold season to help trap heat and also to make me sweat. The belt is comfortable on and not restrictive. You will lose water weight but really the only way to burn fat cells to be in a calorie deficit. Meaning you have to burn off more calories through cardio and you consume. This belt by itself does not burn fat though.
