Good use for support and weight
I got this because I have started doing aerobics at home again, including step aerobics. I have a bad leg so I need some support at times when doing certain moves. This gives me plenty of stability and also serves as a good weighted bar for some of the workouts that include weights. It is not too heavy but it serves its purpose by being heavy enough to feel it in my muscles. Will be looking for a heavier bar in the future once I no longer feel the soreness in my arms from this one. Perfect height to provide that support and stability I need as well.

Great Workout Bar
The 20lb workout bar is a great addition to my home fitness equipment. It has comfortable padding to allow for easy grip or resting on the back of the shoulders for ease of use. Great value!
