Good Book For Extra Questions
There are plenty of questions to be working from, I struggle a lot with Abstract Reasoning, so having many questions to practice on is good exam preparation. I do have to say that the writing is quite small, so an average consumer may believe it'll strain their eyes etc. Personally I have had no problems with size of the text.

highly recommended
I bought this book as a kindle format, however, some of the pictures in the book seemed to be missing. So, I contacted the company to see if there's a solution. The staffs are very helpful and their response to email are quick. Other than that, the book is actually quite useful as it does tell you what strategies are their and the structure of the test. so this book is highly recommended!

Lots of content for the price ... but not all accurate; some typos!
Good for large amounts of questions and mock papers. I think the verbal reasoning passages may be smaller/shorter than that in the real test. The decision making section and a few others have differences and mistakes within the book. It seems as if the questions have been slightly altered each year, but have left mistakes, therefore for some questions you do not know if you got the answer right which is incredibly annoying! I’d advise investing in an online resource (I am using both, the book I have used while on holiday this summer) such as “Medify”, or the “Kaplan Score higher on the UCAT”, as parts of this collection of books appear incomplete and would not be enough to fully prepare. However, for 3 books in one this is a very good price. Good for when you’re unable to use a computer!

A perfect Book
This is the best book I came across so far to prepare for UCAT. It contains all the tools and tips that you will need to nail your test. It is written by experts who have scored in top 5% of the test so it has to be good. It has 6 mock papers that will help you identify your mistakes.

Useful but lookout for mistakes
Great book it contains loads of practice questions and good tips. But it contains a load of typos and errors in the question which stop you from being able to gain the marks (i.e. abstract reasoning set 39 has an error in a box that stops you from finding the pattern)

I used the Ultimate UCAT Collection early on in my UCAT preparation, and looking back, it was definitely worth it. For context, I sat the UCAT in 2025 and scored 2520 (99th percentile) and this book played a solid role in building my foundations. I mainly used this book in the first month of prep. It really helped me consolidate the basics of the UCAT before jumping into anything too intense. At that stage, I didn’t want to pay for platforms like MedEntry or Medify yet, and this was a really good alternative to ease into UCAT-style thinking. The questions were a good mix of easy and hard, which I liked. It didn’t feel overwhelming, but it still challenged me enough to improve. Everything was super clear, there were no typos, and all the answers seemed correct. The explanations were especially helpful and easy to follow, which made it easier to understand where I was going wrong and how to fix it. One thing I really appreciated was being able to see my improvement from the start of the book to the end. It genuinely felt like my skills were getting stronger as I worked through it, and by the time I finished, I had a much better handle on the different question types. That made transferring over to digital platforms later on a lot smoother. Overall, I really liked this book and I think it’s a great starting resource. I do still recommend using platforms like MedEntry or Medify closer to the end of your preparation since the UCAT is a digital exam, but as a foundation building tool, this book is excellent and absolutely worth having.

I prefer sellers to protect the corners of the textbook to prevent creases. But other than the corners' conditions, the product's quality is pretty decent.

This book is unusable, the print is so small that my daughter could not read it at all.
