I have used several other brands of KT tape and never had issues like this. I typically use tape for 3 to 4 days at a time. This tape comes loose with one shower. I'm kind of glad it failed after 1 day. I have welts and itching everywhere I used the tape. This is definitely not hypoallergenic.

One great advantage of this kinesiology tape is really the amount that you receive. Kin tape tends to be rather expensive, and of course is a one time use item. Having a role of this size, means that you will rarely, if ever, run out. I ordered it for myself, to treat an elbow injury, and allow me to continue to train through the minor discomfort. Certainly if you are feeling tremendous pain or any discomfort really, it's best not to exacerbate it by doing exercises involving that region. In my case, that is very difficult to avoid, as a lot of my exercises will undoubtedly revolve around my arms having to do activity throughout. That being said, when I would use the kinesiology tape, it did do an excellent job of alleviating most if not all of the discomfort that I was facing. Of course, that works in conjunction with adjustments that I made to my routine, but it does bear repeating that the kinesiology tape is extremely competent and of good quality with its elastic properties. The adhesion was very good, but if I'm honest not the best that I have ever used. It never came unglued to the point of failure where it was useless, but by the end of my workout through my sweat, oftentimes I would have the corners coming up just a little bit. All in all, I think it's great value, and I would certainly recommend it to professionals who use kinesiology tape on a daily basis. Even if you are someone who does a lot of taping, it'll take you a long time to use up the entirety of this role. That being said, I would certainly order and use it again. The last thing that I want to say, is that the orange is actually a very cool color, and does draw a lot of attention. So if you're looking for a conversation starter along with your kinesiology tape, you'll achieve that by ordering the orange.

I used this to wrap around myself and found that when taking it off, it was far easier to take it away from the skin going from my head towards the ground (for example) as opposed to grabbing an edge of it and then peeling. At one point I did end up cutting some off and then finding another area to pull away. It likely varies based on where the wrapped area is and skin type.This tape is certainly of a color that if one wishes to go hunting or fishing they're a bit all-set. It didn't matter too much, but I would have preferred a color that was more neutral and blended.The tape will stay on a very long time through sweating and showers. I am uncertain exactly as to why, but I did end up itching more than usual with this tape, however, the climate was different when using it then when I used a type of tape before.The wider size is great, especially if one is wrapping around more than once. I have had many issues with my knee and properly wrapping this around it when I did would have been easier than the roll I ended up using.Overall, it worked out fairly well save for the itching. I feel as though the price works decently with people of chronic conditions or something that lasts longer, but even with the tape backing and other issues when something is this large my experience has usually been I don't use all of it.

This is a huge roll of Kinesiology tape and an excellent price for how much you get. It is excellent quality, very soft, fabric-like, super comfortable, and good stretch. Since it is a roll, you can cut to the size and shape that you want. I have sciatica and kinesiology tape gives me so much relief. I like to run in all along the size of my leg, so it’s nice that I can make one long strip.I learned how to apply Kinesiology tape by watching some YouTube videos. Once I learned the technique I was able to apply it to my body myself. I started using my own instincts as to what would feel best on my body and that works really well for me. Now it’s so natural for me to take a listen to my body and it tells me where I need to apply the tape. I know that sounds weird, but it has really helped me a lot and really works!!!I love the bright colors. I have a roll or orange and pink and I love that combination. I think it looks cool on my body along with really helping my nerve and muscle pains.This stuff is great! I don’t have the residue that another reviewer mentioned. Maybe because I moisturize my skin when I get out of the shower. I make sure my skin is dry before applying, but I think putting that skin cream on beforehand really helps.

This is a huge roll of kinesiology tape! You get 135 feet of it on this roll. It's a nice bright orange color. The box it comes in doubles as a dispenser too.The tape itself is sticky and will stay on for multiple days, even if you get it wet in the shower or while swimming. It holds up well. The backing is lined with measurement lines so you know where to cut it. That is handy for when you have to split a strip in half. There is no latex in this either.I use it for carpal tunnel and for ankle support. It works very well. There are multiple ways to use it and you can find directions and taping instructions easily online. There are also plenty of videos on how to use the stuff. I was shown some ways to tape by a physical therapist, but there are lots and lots of YouTube videos on how to use it. There is also an ebook that you can get with this!Kinesiology tape is very useful for relieving pain. It gives the joints or muscles some support and helps to keep you going. This roll is not pre-cut, so you can cut the strips into any length you need. It is flexible and holds the tension you place on it when you apply it. (Check those videos for directions on how to do this.)The adhesive did not react with my skin or cause irritation. I was told you can leave it on for multiple days. I did that and it did not irritate my skin after 3 days. Overall, this is a great value and worth the purchase price.
