I’m pleased with these chairs. The price point is decent for the quality. However, I can see why people dislike them due to the assembly. If you have any experience building furniture (farmhouse tables, benches, etc) or if you’ve ever bought anything from IKEA, you’ll be just fine. From start to finish, this took about 2 hours to put together, and most of that was simply trying to figure out what hardware is used for what, but I’ve got a solution below. Since there are already many pictures showing the product itself, I figured some tips for putting these loungers together might benefit you the most. See attached pictures too.Step 1- locate all of your nuts, washers, etc. and place them in labeled baggies. They do come separated but NOT LABELED, and the pictures in the instructions do not aid in distinguishing what nut goes where. The instructions do tell you how many of each you have, so I counted the nut/bolt/washer and correlated it to the expected amount listed in the instructions. All of my pieces were included.Step 2- DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT try to use the included Allen wrenches to put this set together if you plan to use these loungers in your lifetime. If you have a cordless drill, purchase a hex bit to tighten the bolts (it costs maybe all of $2). Seriously. This is important.Step 3- don’t throw the boxes away if you’re putting these together by yourself. The adjustable backrest attaches to the seat with a pre-attached hinge. Unless you have someone else available to hold it for you, hold on to those boxes until everything is assembled. The height of the box is perfect for attaching the backrest.Pretty happy with them so far. Lots of reviews mentioned parts were deformed or not included, but I had no problems there. Can’t speak to the durability of them as I’ve only had them a couple days, but they seem legit and here for awhile. Will certainly update if expectations fall short.

We wanted some "resort style" chairs and these are definitely in that category. The cushions seemed firm and comfortable so far and fit on the frame well.The assembly instructions could use some improvements on the diagrams and it took a while to assemble but they seem very sturdy once together. All the parts were there and most nuts and screw types had one extra. (great because I dropped one between the wood slats on my deck and didn't have to go under and find it :)

The quality is ok, and we "should" get a couple of seasons out of them. That said, we did not buy them as a permanent solution. I would not buy these for a business or anything like that because they would not last very long. Assembly is not too bad, but I have almost every tool imaginable and have put many pieces of furniture together over the years. The instructions can be confusing, but overall, not too bad. The most confusing part for me was that steps one and two showed that parts A had two holes at the top of the frame. It does not have two holes. However, when you place the ends of the frame on with parts E & F (or something like that), those have holes on their ends that will create two holes for you to bolt the "feet" into. You'll see what I mean if you buy it. Just continue past steps 1 and 2 without putting the feet on the ends, and you'll have a place for your leftover bolts once the ends are attached. 4 stars mainly for the price and the fact you get a table with them.

No covers on the end of the tubes that make up the frame. Water got inside the tubes after a rain. Now I have rust stains on the pool deck. Had to buy corks to plug up the tubes. Probably a 15 cent fix if they had done it properly the first time

We purchased these chairs for our pool deck and they are HORRIBLE. Here to warn you not to buy.1) take forever to put together and directions are awful. Expect at least an hour per chair.2) cheaply made and uncomfortable.3) cushions are thin and not water proof and get water logged and moldy within a few months. Ours arrived with sewing issues and the ties ripped off immediately, the cushions will constantly slide off once the ties break.4) standard replacement cushions don’t fit/work on these.Let me save you the trouble we are now facing - buying a completely new set of chairs to replace these (we requested to return these ones but because it’s outside of the return window (took us a while to figure out all of this and we tried to make it work since we put them all together) we can’t). I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed and upset over any product ordered on Amazon. There are so many other options at the same price point, don’t consider buying these.

These chairs are well made and really make my deck look beautiful. I bought the covers as well to protect the white cushions

Love them. Yes, assembly cumbersome, and yes mine came without the feet, but customer service is expressing them to me. Assembly tip 1) first steps are not that clear. Lay the parts flat and side by side for steps 1 & 3 and make sure all holes line up. Assembly tip 2) processes used to make this type of furniture are not that accurate and does not need to be. Make sure to install and finger tighten all screws in each step before tightening with wrench or driver. Also, make sure washers mate directly on metal. If there is a part of the ratan in the way, move it with a screw driver to make space. Good luck and enjoy nice lounge chairs.

These chairs are so cute and look perfect in my backyard but they’re extremely disappointing. The description and other reviews said the cushions were waterproof. Mine are waterlogged and never dry out. I even took the cushions off and put them in my garage to dry out completely. That was over a month ago and they are still holding water. You can’t sit on them without your butt getting wet. Don’t buy.
