Did not had holes and grommets, returned. The product was of good quality but little expensive. Seller was quick to send the replacement, it had grommets and holes However, the quality of replacement looks poor compared to original ordered. Replacement tarp is definitely costly

Purchased it to cover my garage..size was perfect.. material was upto mark water resistant best for rainy season have to see how it will with stand all weather
