I bought these to help with my energy levels!! It definitely works! take two capsules a day and your energy levels will increase!!

I take these daily along with my adhd medication in the morning. It improves my energy and doesn’t taste bad.

I was one of the few it seems who this product didn’t work well for. It came recommended by someone it worked well for, but caused me days of issues. My migraines came with peripheral lights, double vision/blurred vision and painful throbbing that lasted for hours. I haven’t had migraines like this in years, so honestly I wish I’d have double checked with a doctor or my hormone specialist prior to adding this into my regime to avoid the negative effects. While I’m sure it’s a great product for many, I would really encourage you to speak with a medical professional and monitor your symptoms.

These are a must have. I take them every morning when I get to work and they give me such focus and clarity. The price is great and I’ve purchased these at least 4x already. They are on the larger size, but easy to swallow. They definitely help my mood on dreary days. They don’t smell like anything and I’ve found the quality is one of the best. Another brand I used in the past to use was not as good as this one.

Just beginning week two. Not sure I've noticed improvements except perhaps in focus and functionality. During my research, I learned effectiveness can take a week or two to fully kick in. I've noticed NO decrease in pain or increase in strength. My mood remains stable and strong. Perhaps my focus will improve with continued use? I'm praying my functionality will also improve.
