The lug nuts on factory Fords are now 2 piece. These are solid steel. Over the 7yr life of my OEM lug nuts, with all the impact wrench contacts at the tire shop, the oem lug nuts were getting mangled and were at the point of not even being able to get a socket on them at home. If I did get a socket on them, once you get the lug nut off it would be stuck in the socket. These are not metric but old school 13/16ths. Now I don't have to figure out what metric socket I need as I have 7 different Fords that I routinely do maintenance on.At this price point it was a no brainer.If you're going in to have some new tires put on, do yourself a favor and buy these.

DO NOT USE IMPACT. USE TORQUE WRENCH BY HAND ACCORDING TO OEM SPEC OR THE FINISH WILL BE RUINED. Originally more than half the lug nuts I ordered were dammaged in shipping. They are merely in plastic baggies in a box with no styrofoam or protection at all. THEY BOUNCED ALL OVER THE PLACE LOOSLY IN A BOX. If the shipper throws the box of lug nuts they will become dammaged and chipped. I notified the seller immediately and THEY SENT ME A NEW SET THAT WEEK. I recommend the seller/Amazon fulfillment package the nuts appropriately to limit any dammage to the finish. Knowing the finish is NOT powdered coated but merely painted I installed these BY HAND. the end result was great on my 2021 ford explorer. These are exact to the oem nut but SOLID (no cap). It looked great with my wheel locks. I recommend these lug nuts if shipped and installed properly. THE SELLER WAS GREAT AND SOLVED MY ISSUE PROMPTLY AS WELL.

They look good so far. They came in individual bags which did keep them from getting nicked during shipping. The coating is questionable, I can see some nicked edge coating from tightening them. Time will tell how durable the finish is.After about 8 months these now look terrible. They have rusted badly and where there is no rust the shiny black finish is now dull. Note I did not use an impact wrench to install these, only use a torque wrench to properly tighten them. Note the pic of the initial install compared to pic taken today.

Perfect fit. Just don't use impact driver. It will take the paint off. The dealer did, that's how I know.Great for the price.

The lug nuts fit correctly but the black electroplating or whatever is not sturdy. I had to touch up paint and to make them look good again. I did use tape on the lug nut wrench to protect the rest of them They do look better than the the chrome originals. I am satisfied.

Much better than the 2 piece factory nuts. these wont delaminate and come apart.

These black lug nuts fit perfectly on my 2022 Ford Mustang Mach e and was a great replacement for the ugly steel ones from the factory. Nice weight and finish too hopefully they will last.
