Ordered this as a replacement phone for my Grandmother as hers was beyond repair. Just abot managed to get her stuff transferred over but her old phone is now broken and disposed of.This phone works well, I have no issues with that - however, they have sent us a faulty charger block so it is impossible to charge the phone as is.I have had to spend extra money buying replacement parts as even though it says the item is under the amazon renewed guarantee they refuse to do anything about it without me having to ship the whole phone back which would leave my Grandma without a phone and would also mean she would lose all the data stored on it.Not worth the hassle at all. Just go to cex where you can get actual help if something is wrong
