I use these for hot flashes at work. Genius solution if i do say so myself. These are quite small as they are geared toward kids but they fit nicely across the back of my neck.

I liked the product, but, it only lasted 3 hours...

Just wow!! I love this product. It’s cheaper than any other products but works as same as others.It’s nice to have them at home for kids. It definitely helped my sick kids 🤧

I bought these for my trip to keep cool when the temperatures was exceeding 100F/38C. I was skeptical but it did help alleviate my headache when I was overheated by placing it on the back of my neck. But I did get the icy hot sweats later that night from the ingredients that are in it. The cooling did last long and it did stay attached despite my sweating but I would probably use this product of aches and pains during the summer since it does help with those aliments as well and it has cooling effect. For ladies they also work under bust to stave off sweating out your shirt or dress.

Did not notice they sold me an expired box until after the 30 day return window. They would not stick so they were worthless. Zero stars. 😠

Better results if put into the refrigerator prior to use.

We use this to help ease any fevers our kids may have when we are not able to use a cold towel or cold compress. Very easy to use and the kids have no trouble with it. Recommend.
