Pretty tasty gels, my go to for long distance runs and bike rides

Lucozade gel hard to open
Good gel terrible packets when running a half marathon they are very difficult to open and very sticky on the hands if the packaging had a easy tear I would give 5 stars. Got these to practice for London marathon as they give them out and I wouldn't need to carry as many but may look for another brand with easier opening

Really hard to rip into the gels on a run. Unpleasant chemical taste. Was hoping to swap over to these as available on race route but will stick to SIS

Works well, good amount in a box
Bought these for cycling, I like that there’s 24 in a box so you don’t have to keep ordering them. Flavour is okay, it’s more medicinal than others but it’s not horrible by any means. Does its job.
