I have been using the Always for decades. And I love the cotton pure than the others. So comfortable and you won’t feel anything even in the hot summer.

Lovely and comfy
Next time I would opt to size up for size 5 so it can cover my butt crack for overnight sleeping. Is my butt crack long or is size 4 a tad too short? I’m not sure.

I love these for postpartum! They are unscented which was nice since my hormones are already all over the place we don’t need anything else throwing them off! Super long and hold up great with postpartum bleeding! There was a lot of them which I thought was ridiculous when I first bought them but I used every single one of them and had to get more at the store!
