Budget friendly, ultralight and compact tent.
If your looking for huge space then this tent is not for you, however if you want a lightweight and compact tent, on a budget then this is a good tent to start you off, there are cheaper tents out there but they aren’t as ultra light as this. This is a trekking pole tent, like many ultralight tents so at least one pole or a stick measuring 1200mm is required.Easy to set up and very little build up of condensation inside after a nights sleep.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seriously lightweight
I recently purchased the Night Cat 1 tent and overall slightly impressed/ and unimpressed at the same time.Price was good. It’s spacious, so I believe/if I could have pitched it without any guy ropes...For a solo tent, it has a decent vestibule. It’s lightweight and the set up design is probably best learned before you venture into the wild!No guy ropes doesn't help. Ventilation seems good, with a mesh inner that should reduce condensationWhat I loved:If I could have pitched it...Looks like it could be excellent, but it came with no guy ropes/ I mean none! Which for this style of tent made it as useless as a chocolate tea pot as this type of tent relies entirely on guy ropes for pitching. What needs improving:Missing guy ropes: My tent arrived without any. It would be useless even in calm conditions, I was disappointed to find none included and I'm still waiting on a response as to why. I reiterate, not one guy rope!Floor material is thin, so I plan to use a footprint if and when I get some guy ropes...Final verdict:The Night Cat 1 is a decent value and surprisingly roomy. Just double‑check that guy ropes are included—if not, budget for some replacements. I'm still waiting...

Light, simple, spacious and effective
Edit: now proven ‘in the field’ too. Easily contained me and all my equipment under canvas. Great subdued colour. Very little condensation. My son and I tested this tent overnight in pouring rain and it held up very well. No leaks, a good deal less condensation than id expected, and I think a better pitch could help that. It says a lot that this ‘one man tent’ was able to contain a grown man and an 8 year old and all our kit ‘quite’ comfortably, although I’m looking forward to trying it alone this week. I’m slightly concerned about its robustness, and it did not come with the repair patches as advertised. Standby to an update once I’ve tested this in more rigorous conditions…

No condensation
Took this to a festival. I had thunder and lightning for one day, one day and night of heavy rain and once day with fairly strong wind for the time of year.Bone dry which is amazing as field was soaked and I was at the bottom so rain running down and it’s also very warm. Inside is a mesh so didn’t have much faith in the warmth but was ideal, very light and very easy to put up for an absolute beginner like me.Felt spacious. It’s defo one man but Space to the side for my bag due to its shape

Brilliant tent
Great tent, I would take a cloth with you to wipe away any condensation in the morning, lightweight, simple set up. Fully recommend.

It's okay
It's an okay tent. Super lightweight and easy to set up. I've had massive condensation issues with it. I've slept with the doors open and just with the next closed. Woke up the following day and on the inside of the outer there was loads of condensation. Camped using it during 30 degrees days. My airmat was wet. The inner mesh is not properly tight and it kept hanging on my face all night. I felt a bit claustrophobic saying that.

Very poor quality zip
Very easy to set up and impressively lightweight. Unfortunately, the outer zipper for the front door broke completely on my second use, rendering the tent essentially useless. May have been a slight set up issue on my side with too much tension but very disappointed in the build quality to see the zip break completely. Be wary of this if you purchase this tent

Not tested in rain yet
Not had this is wind or rain yet. I have used in fine non windy weather in the mountains. I am use to using a bivvi style tent so for me this tent gives me much more room. One anoying thing so far is the top of the walking pole keeps moving out the center of the inside the tent. The tents on the thin side so not sure how long its going last me. Happy with it so far and value for money but i cant give 5 stars due to the pole problem.
