My shoes have memory foam. I cannot place one under a a shoe insert. Will this work on top of the memory foam and under my sock?

It might depending on how slippery the inside of the shoe is.

How many lifts are in one order?

there is one lift that is I believe 1/2" thick with multiple layers. Thus, if you only need a 1/4" lift, the multiple layers allow you to peel off layers to make 2- 1/4" lifts.

Will fasten to flip flops

It will not automatically attach itself. My neuromusculoskeletal osteopath said to use a command strip. It works but tbh I don't wear the flip flops often. 1 command strip = 1 heel lift (if you are wearing them to specificity). So if I use command straps and I need to wear 4 heel lifts, I attach 3 with 1 command strip. Hope that helps.

Good Item

These were nice in the beginning but definitely form to your foot shape and wear down. I notice they stopped sticking together after a while and will probably need to be reordered. Though not bad for their purpose. It did give some lift to the leg that was short and helped ease some of the lower back pain I had.

Life Changing. I can walk without agonizing pain! ~

Was in a lot of pain walking for years. Finally, my new, wonderful doctor took notice, and said he was certain I was uneven from a serious leg break as a child. Yes, pain for that long. No physical therapist helped, I was put on stationary bikes, etc. My new doctor printed out your brand, he's great, he has a printer and computer and he prints out really cool stuff to order. It might slip a little in the shoe, I think I might get two sided tape, it's a slippery shoe interior, but I am mindful when putting the shoe on. How do I thank you enough? Took the dog for the best walk ever!
