Most other adjustable heel lifts are only 3/8 of and inch high and can only be adjusted in increments of 1/8 of an inch. Unfortunately many peoples' leg length discrepancies don't fall neatly into those increments so they never get the exact lift that they need. Clearly Adjustable Heel Lifts can accommodate leg length differences down to the millimeter making them more effective then just about any other heel lift on the market. A single lift provides a 1/2 inch rise and can be adjusted in increments of 1 millimeter at a time. If you need a lift that is greater than 1/2 inch you can combine two lifts by interlacing matching layers to create a single lift up to 1 inch high.
