Honestly three stars are for the looks of the case. It's not functional at all but it looks damn good if you can get it to close around your phone. I ordered this case twice unfortunately. The first time it closed on my iphone and it looked amazing. But for some reason the case seemed to cut off my connection to wifi. When on the phone no one could hear me and it ran super slow. So I took it off for a bit and it never closed on the phone ever again. The second time around it arrived bent and severely scratched and didnt fit on my phone what so ever! Such a shame honestly! 😓

This item was Tellesbo to have because it breaks a lot of times that's why I never want this item again and if they make a good wind up like this like a gold item then I will buy it again it's just that Bad because China makes this item is so Tellesbo and I wish United States make a better one for the iPhone five case in gold

I cannot say enough about the customer service of this company, they initially sent me the wrong product and did everything possible to correct the error, excellent customer service. Now to the product itself, although it is quite nice looking it is extremely thin aluminum and is more of a cosmetic than protective case. It does a good job of protecting an Iphone from scratches and blemishes caused by normal wear and it is very inexpensive. If you are looking for something that is light, reasonably attractive and to protect your Iphone from scratches, this is a good choice. If you are looking for drop or impact protection, this is probably not an appropriate case for you.
