So convenient
This saves me from having to use non-stick spray and saves me SO much time in clean up. It is much cheaper than using foil.

Very nice!
I bake a lot and always use parchment for cake pans especially. This is a little different from parchment I’ve used before, as it’s got a slick feel to it, but it works really well and I would definitely purchase again.

Color me impressed
I was super hesitant to order at first as I've always used white Parchment paper, but I think I actually like this better! It seems to absorb the extra oils well and leave less of a mess behind.

Superb! Multi-Use. Use under pet dishes for easy clean up!
I was initially reluctant to buy a pack of 500, but based on the reviews, I did.Very pleased! Look at all the uses we've found, I'm buying more today, because they have very affordably made our kitchen lives much neater.Disposable "pet food" trays. We use 2-4 of these a day for under our pet dishes, the 3 cats being messy eaters. It's so much nicer than constantly having to clean crusty under-trays. (In fact, all of that crusty meat clogged our drain over time!) We usually avoid disposables, but since this is paper, reasonably priced and serves multiple uses, we're very happy. For baked goods, 100% success with no sticking. To ease the paper into a deeper baking mold, crumble it up in your hand and and then fit into your baking pan.For bacon, 100% success. We do bacon in bulk 2x a month. We foil line a baking sheet and then use a parchment for nearly each successive pan of bacon. This keeps brown bits from darkening in the reusable fat over 4-7 bakes. We just leave the foil the whole time. Before, we did just foil, but if we accidentally burned a batch, we'd have to change the foil. For microwave, 100% success. Sometimes we cut a sheet and use it on top of a microwave bowl to keep splatter to a minimum. For freezing containers that need to be opened while frozen. We cut a strip and lay across the container before placing the lid. The paper extends past the lid. This allows the container to be easily opened even though frozen. (We keep our prepped bacon like this for quick access.) The containers are Rubbermaid Brilliance, both glass and tritan. The seals are hard to open when frozen, but the parchment paper sling makes it a breeze.Counter/Stove "work mat" for easy clean up. When frying at stove or measuring and mixing, we've started laying these out on the surfaces of the glass stove top and counters. Especially with frying, it's so nice to eliminate all of the splatter to the area with one easy clean up. Nice to be able to set the utensils down, too, and not worry about a mess. We are not neat freaks, but anyone who has fried stuff knows how the grease can go everywhere and be such a pain to clean up. Using these at the onset of any potentially messy cooking session makes the whole process a joy, when the messes occur.I just bought another 500 after just 4 months...should take us past the holidays.

Much more convenient than rolls of parchment paper. A bit thin, though.
I used to use aluminum foil to line my half-sheet tins when I roasted food, but I read that aluminum can be unhealthy, so I started using parchment paper. The parchment paper was okay, but I always struggled with the waviness of the paper when it was taken off the roll. I really like these flat sheets! They come in a sturdy box, so you can lean the box up against the wall to save space. The sheets fit perfectly in a half-sheet pan, and you can cut or fold them in half to fit in a quarter-sheet pan. There's some silocon on the sheets, and that is a nice touch. These sheets are VERY thin and liquid and fats do soak through them, but the food itself does not. For the price and utility, I am satisfied with these parchment paper sheets.

Excellent parchment for up to 425 degrees
Love this becasue the sheets pull out individually and easily and are not glued to the bottom like some brands have been.
