First up, I was a little torn between picking this model or another shark model which at the time was round £50 cheaper. What swayed it was the rubber blades on this model, as my old vacuum would regularly get stuck with hair and after reading some promising reviews decided to give it a shot. However, another plus was the second battery, which does make it really convenient to touch up the flat on a regular basis. Shark also have a five year warranty. The only downside with this vacuum other than the slightly higher price point is it is a little heavy when passing over carpets (the base of this vacuum cleaner is heavier than other models or brands), however the handheld mode is a breeze and the flex bend (albeit also available in other shark models) makes under the sofa cleaning very easy! Sometimes wish we had a larger flat as the suction power is fantastic which makes it a really satisfying experience, the carpets have never looked better. Emptying the dust compartment is also very simple at the push of a button. Overall, if you’ve got a little spare cash to spend/want to invest in something, and don’t mind a slightly heavier vacuum, I can say all of the features so far have ticked all our boxes. Definitely recommend.

Really great machine. Brilliant suction and versatility. Large bin easy to empty. Only criticism is the head is rather heavy. So if you're looking for a really lightweight vacuum this might not be the one for you. Check weight online and see. However we are really pleased with it. The two batteries increased the use time to approximately 2 hours. We let our French watermill to guests and this is perfect for the cleans.

I keep this vacuum upstairs so I don't have to carry up my heavy upright. It works very well on carpets including carpeted stairs. I don't really use it on hard floors. A single full battery is fine for a thorough vacuum of 4 bedrooms and stairs on medium power but you need both batteries if you use the booster speed. The flexible wand is great being able to go under furniture without going down on your hands and knees.The flexibility of the floor head on the wand - it wanders around a bit- takes a bit of getting used to after a traditional upright. It's relatively easy to change the heads once you've worked out which buttons to press. You have to remember to switch it off if you're moving furniture to preserve the battery.At around 4 Kg it's not particularly light.

I ordered the Shark IZ320UK cordless stick vacuum cleaner twin battery version through Amazon with a good price but having put it all together my head was spinning but not the motorised floor cleaner brushes that really mattered. What to do? I rang Shark directly and eventually got proof of purchase through to them in a format they could process and a few days later they had sorted out everything and I had a working cordless Shark cleaner. Great customer service, great product now it’s fully functioning (very impressive suction and features) so thank you Shark Ninja!!

I was surprised at how good this product works. The extension with the 2 rollers really takes the dirt from the floor (it even took some rubber from a toy o the way! ). The hair is smashed and cut by one of the rollers so you don't need to take care of it.Also, the suction power is high. It may be a bit misleading as the carpet and rugs cleaning rely on the rollers ( the suction power is strong behind the rollers and not external) but it does the trick far better than the conventional vacuum cleaner based on suction only. With the other accessories you can feel the entire strength of the suction.Overall, I believe the product is better than a Dyson cleaner and is at a better price for the consumer.

This item is excellent having brought one just recently from opening to assembling the item to using it quick and easy instructions to follow. suction on both hard floor and carpets is excellent even with cat hairs everywhere, only have to use on eco setting on hard floors and low pile carpets. would def recommend this item.From a professional cleaner view it beats our corded henry by far especially having two batteries as opposed to one or using power.

Great upgrade from basic regular vacuum... chosen 2 battery option which is very helpfull... great on wodden floor and carpe... usefull in the car

Moved from an old Dyson V6 which wouldn’t hold any charge despite new batteries to this.The machine itself looks nice, folds away nicely, the anti hair wrap works well. Waste bin is easy to empty, battery life is a bit questionable so definitely need 2 batteries.It is very heavy and not possible to do stairs with.My shark broke - the folding part of the stick is broken after it snapped itself on one side, meaning whenever you use it now and click it in to place it flings back so tries to fold itself back. Then the silver disc pinged off and rendered it unusable.No spare part available so has to be returned for a refund, won’t be replacing it. Either way it is only 8 months old and under warranty so no way is that acceptable.My wife hated it long before this, in fact I bought her a Dyson V12 detect slim over a month ago so the Shark got relegated to the vacuum for the artificial grass. Indoors, the house instantly feels cleaner on hard floors and carpets with the Dyson. Battery life is better on the V12, it’s quieter and lighter.So all in all if you feel the need to buy a Shark, don’t. Just stick to Dyson.
