I recently started to get moderate discomfort in my medial nerve. I purchased this (along with a few other supports) and in just a few days the pain has gone away. This is a lightweight brace; you can continue to work/use the hand as it it has enough mobility due to it not using a splint system. I believe it primarily keeps the wrist relatively neutral and provides support. I think it also puts pressure on the sides of the wrist, this can help free up the tunnel that the nerves run through.Special mention to the pully system - this is fantastic and I haven't seen it in any similar products. The system makes it very easy to adjust the tightness of the support. One downside is that the seam from this system can rest on a knuckle of the wrist, it took me a few days to find a comfortable position. Now, I don't really notice I am wearing it.I combine this product with a more ridged support that I wear in bed; the goal is to keep the wrist as neutral as possible when not in use.

I've been suffering from chronic wrist pain since I broke my wrist the first time. Now broken my wrist 3 times and suffering from serious problems, even with physio from the hospital my pain wasn't improving so I decided to try this.Instantly after putting it on I felt stability and relief which I hadn't felt for so long. I'm not a fan of the metal plate wrsit braces as they tend to become uncomfortable with prolonged use, massively inhibit flexibility, and sometimes position the wrist uncomfortably.With this wrsit protector there are none of those problems. The way you wrap the wrist protector is very important and I found I could isolate tension towards my pinky side of my wrist by wrapping and rotating my hand a certain way, helping stabilies further.My one problem is that the thumb hole is slightly too small, it helps if you position it correctly but overall I found it became uncomfortable after a while as it slightly chafes. However this isn't a huge deal as symbolised by the 4 stars. Some extra comfort padding around the thumb and a slightly larger hole or different sizes of brace, would make this a 5 star.However if your hands are small or even average size it should be okay, my hands aren't huge by any means but being a big guy they're larger than the average Joe.

I do think this has made a huge improvement to whatever injury i did to wrist as it stops me moving it too much. It is relatively comfortable during the day but i have recently started wearing it at night too as my wrist was sore each morning but it seems to leave indentations marks which takes quite a while to go down but thats mainly due to me laying on it. Its also not very breathable as im starting to discover in this weather. The velcro is very strong a week on and doesn't seem to be going bobbly. The thumb hole has only stretched a little bit but that actually helps me a little bit as it pull that down for ease of washing up or doing something such as the bins so its not dirty. Overall im impressed as it is a good fit and is stopping some of the pain.

I haven't had the chance to submit a review about wrist support,I suffer from RSI an flair ups.this really gives support, very comfortable,I have washed it a few times and it hasn't lost it's shape or the elastic hasn't being compromised. For those who suffer from small injury's. I really happy to recommend it.

Not as long as it looked, so not as good support as I expected.

This wrist strap is incredibly simple, but effective. It only takes seconds to apply and fits my fairly large hands extremely well!! I work in construction and can easily wear this all day without a single bit of discomfort. It made the healing process of my sprained wrist incredibly comfortable.I’d definitely recommend this strap and I think it will easily fit most people’s hands due to the ease of adjustment.

It seems it can hold my wrist well and I’m satisfied with the fabric. I play tennis and got some injury. The product can stop my wrist moving too much. I can recommend this.

I have suspected carpal tunnel issues and have been in a lot of pain. I really love this wrist support. It's very light and comfortable with great support without limiting movement and it can be used on either hand. I've bought a second one.

Ich hätte nicht erwartet, wie gut diese Badage hilft. Seit einigen Monaten spiele ich Badminton und habe zunehmend mehr Schmerzen im Handgelenk bekommen. Die Entzüdung wurde so schlimm, dass ich selbst tagsüber kaum noch Dinge in der Hand tragen konnte.Nach einer Zwangspause war alles zunächst gut. Aber bereits nach dem zweiten Training fingen die Schmerzen wieder an. Also habe ich die Bandage gekauft. Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich nicht erwartet, dass sie viel Linderung bringt, aber wenn man Verzweifelt ist, testet man ja alles mal aus.Bereits nach dem ersten Training habe ich gemerkt, dass die Schmerzen nicht so schlimm waren, wie sonst. Nachdem ich die Bandage jetzt ca. einen Monat fast täglich nutze, kann ich sagen, dass ich schmerzfrei bin. Ich spiele immer mit Bandage und habe keine Probleme mehr. Anfangs war das Schlaggefühl aufgrund des Widerstands etwas ungewohnt, aber das ging nach 1-2 Trainings. Die Bandage lässt sich auch sehr schnell und einfach anlegen. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht zuuu fest schnüren, sonst klemmt man sich was ab. Volle Punktzahl für diesen tollen Alltagshelfer.

Facile d'utilisation, robuste et souple à la fois, ce protège-poignet est idéal pour ceux qui comme moi se sont foulés le poignet et désirent se remettre au sport sans trop de risque (ou bien maintenir le poignet au bureau). Je conseillerais cependant de le laver régulièrement car l'aération laisse un peu à désirer, mais c'est un petit souci bien dérisoire compte tenu de la qualité du produit.

Va genial, puedo hacer pesas sin problema ya que es muy cómodo y no molesta, va igual de bien para las dos muñecas.

J'ai acheté ce protège poignet pour soulager la douleur au niveau du canal carpien.C'est plutôt efficace au bout d'une semaine d'utilisation, c'est assez libre de mouvement aussi.Le seul point négatif est que j'ai des petites mains, et la partie au niveau du pouce est un peu trop grande.
