My mother bought a Very Nice 30 inch diameter wood with Glass front roman numeral clock, the hour hand is 8 inches, and the minute hand around 13 inches, with a separate motor for the second hand. It looks like an old 1800s open face pocket watch. She payed $99.00 for it. It was a returned item probably because it did not have the high torque motor, as i was told it ran eratic when bought. It retailed for $129.00. On another site 3 years ago i purchased the exact duplicate high torque motor as this one for $19.95. This motor is fantastic even if it does not last 3 years as the old one did. Great Seller, Great Price, Thanks!!!!!

Working well on my 24" wall clock.....the original movement was not powerful enough for these large hands. The High Torque hasn't missed a beat or lost a moment in about a month now. Only reason only 4 stars is that the directions for installation could and should be a lot more clear.

My husband had an idea to make a "minimalist" clock on a big wall we had.We had no idea what we were doing, so thought; well, we'll try this out. It works perfectly! We love it and it "hid" well behind the size of the arms, so. Very good.

Shipping was prompt, can't complain about the product except that it wasn't as torquey as I wanted but I'm not making a normal clock with normal hands. I wish these products would list what types of torque they supply.

Even though it says "Hi Torque", it could not handle my original 10" hands. I now have to order lighter smaller hands so that the clock works. Even put lithium batteries in thinking it was a power issue.

Had problems with it. Has stopped working twice since installed. First thought it was as loose battery terminals, so I bent them to tighten. Today it stopped again. Replaced battery, tightened terminals, still wouldn't run. Not sure if motor is capable of operating large hands as indicated in promo materials. Running now or it would have received one star.

Fast shipping. I could never understand why the battery was aalways dying on my clock and losing time. I learned that i need a high torque movement since I am using 6" hands. After installing this movement, my wall clock is working just fine.
