Sturdy well made ladders excellent value for money.

I bought these to replace old and rickety step ladders that we'd had for years. These were a great choice and I am very pleased, they feel very strong and very safe, especially with the hand rail. I like the width of the steps and rubber grippers on the feet which do not slip on our laminate flooring. They are mostly complete out of the box but do require the handrail to be fitted which we found a bit tricky as the holes were not perfectly aligned so they required some manipulation. They have click and slide spring buttons and two nut and bolts for securing the handrail so you will need a spanner and a screwdriver which is not supplied. I did knock off one star because the foam rubber grippers on the handrail were both dented as they were not protected well in the packaging. This however is a small grumble from a grumpy old lady and probably wouldn't be an issue for most people. I would definitely buy again.

Sturdy steps , good quality. These steps are heavy and the steps could be a bit wider mabe not a problem for a younger person. But overall a good buy.

If your looking for a solid and safe solution, you've found it. My wife isn't great with heights but was fine using this ladder. Solid build and design males nervous people feel safe. That's a job well done 👏

Great for my wife now being able to reach the top shelves. Sturdy steps, fold them up from the bottom which is easier and avoids nipping your fingers. Easy to store away.
