Makes velvety pie crusts. No bad flavor.
This mixed with European butter and pastry flour makes the best most flaky crusts. 10x better than any store bought kind.

Time between order and delivery.
I needed lard to makey friend's favorite dessert - key lime pie. Ordered it on Saturday and received it Monday and made the crust on Tuesday and filling on Wednesday. Everyone liked the pie including the crust.
