Good for making smoked meat rub
I first learned about Tutu's seasoning when a friend mailed it to me from Kauai. I added it to my own original prime rib rub that I make for smoking prime rib. Once, I forgot to add it and we surely could tell the difference. It adds that certain flavor to the rub. I couldn't do without Tutu's seasoning in my rub anymore.

This spice is very tasty and balanced. Doesn't cake up. We tried when in Hawaii, and we love it. We use it on gilled vegetables. Awesome!
