I’m replacing a pair of Woodies I bought years ago. They were great but the current Woodies are much improved. Mine are the zebra wood frame. They now laminate a polymer core with wood inside and outside. These are much tougher compared to all wood.The workmanship is perfect. The materials are beautiful. Great comfortable shape including the wood nose bridge. Excellent, flexible hinges.Even the walnut stained bamboo box is outstanding with excellent execution and study hinges.Highly recommended!
