Quality product, easy to use
This is a pleasant way to ensure you're getting your essential electrolytes. We are very happy with the lemonade flavor - nice lemon flavor with no aftertaste. To us, it quenches your thirst much better than water alone. I can't speak to an increased energy level but we do feel better when using it. As a diabetic, I really appreciate the no sugar. Just a handy little scoopful in a glass of water, a quick and easy mix and you're good to go. Bonus is that when you've finished, the container is easily repurposed... too nice to recycle, even though you can! :)

The missing puzzle piece
You're probably here reading this because you're doing keto and fasting like I was, but at some point you feel terrible. Brain fog, low energy, moody, etc... But I'm writing this to tell you that this right here is the answer. It's electrolytes. And this stuff right here does the job. I mixed some of it up in water when I first got it and I drank one dose. After 30 minutes it felt like a weight and anxiety left my body, I had amazing energy and mood, my concentration was back to normal, and overall I had a general sense of well being. I had my doubts, but electrolyte deficiency (keto flu) is very real. This stuff can fix that. The flavor? I actually liked it. It tasted like one of those crystal light pink lemonade packets, but much less sweet and more subtle. It doesn't contain any hidden sugars or calories. The price point is excellent as well, which is one of the main factors I went with this one.Overall if you're experiencing the keto flu (electrolyte deficiency) I highly recommend you try this. One minor thing to note is that it probably doesn't contain enough sodium (salt) but that is easily fixed by just taking some extra pink salt/sea salt. Sodium deficiency is marked by head rushes when you stand up. Just take some extra salt and you'll feel better.

Watch for flavor availabity
I just love this Keto mix. Best that I have found. But disappointed recently that the fruit punch flavor is not available. I sure hope it returns soon as that is our clear favorite. The others are good, but they don't seem to mix as well and the colors are kind of weird, i.e., strawberry flavor is actually clear and hard to keep track of in the fridge. That flavor also has a residue that settles out in the bottom of the container and no amount of mixing will get it dissolved. But it still tastes okay and is a good electrolyte drink. But we want the fruit punch back.

Good product
Not really sweet, I have found a few electrolytes overpowering in sweetness, this gives a hint of the flavor with hardly any sugar taste

Does not mix well
Taste is okay but it does not mix well even if you add more water.

Good value for simple ingredients for electrolytes.
Happy with the mix of salt, magnesium, and potassium for an electrolyte mix. No fillers or sugars. Watch out for the big names that are basically all salt!I cut mine at half the ratio and it still tastes good... Full mix ratio is too strong IMO. One scoop for 32 ounces is perfect for my tastes and extends value.

LANDED ME IN THE ER Just like the review I wish I read prior to purchasing!
January 29th Wish I read the reviews.... ended up in the ER for high resting heart rate of 134. I'm praying it goes down. I was only taking 2-3 scoops per day since it only contains 500mg of potassium per serving (our bodies need 4,700mg/day). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Gave me diarrhea too.Update: February 4th Now I've been having all the symptoms of POTS for 4 days now. Standing from sitting rockets my heart rate from my resting heart rate of 100- 140+ and I start passing out. It happens when I go from laying to sitting upright too. I can't stand long enough to floss my teeth while leaning against the counter. 1/4 of the way through my heart rate hit 148 and I had to lay down on the floor to get it down. It's a struggle to keep my resting HR under 100. It's staying around 104. I'm awaiting a referral to a cardiologist.
