Q: Do these pellets sink?

Yes, and pretty quickly. If you drop them from above the water they will float for a second or two and then begin to sink. If you add them while ur fingers are submerged in the water they will begin to sink immediately

Q: What size pellets are these?

depends on which one you buy. You can choose the 1mm, 2mm, 3mm or 6mm. I always got the 2mm since most of my fish were smaller. They loved this stuff.

Q: Anyone used this pellets on neptune AFS?

I used it on a very similar auto feeder but not the Neptune one. It was hard to control how much got released because I was using the 2mm pellets.
