Pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of the M65 Corsair mouse.
Finally a mouse that feels solid in my hand, the click is positive. The frame is aluminum which is unusual in a mouse. You can shake it all you want and it wont rattle like every other one I have including some other Corsair. Movement is precise, responsive and smooth, it glides easily on my neoprene pad, it is heavier than most other mice I've owned, now the trend seems to be featherlight mice but I still prefer a heavier one like the M65. Coming from a Razer Basilisk Pro, transition was effortless, as the buttons layout is very similar. I was totally happy with my basilisk but I wanted to use a Corsair mouse so I don't have to load more software suites for just a mouse and I don't regret my choice a bit. It can be connected via USB C cable, 2.4Ghz wireless with the included adapter for lower latency or Bluetooth. You can customize all the buttons with different functions or even macros through Corsair's Icue software,

One of the best mouses I’ve had.
This is a great wireless mouse, the buttons feel tactile and great with fast response times. It’s adjustable weights work well for those who want different weights from the base weight of the mouse, it’s rgb is great and is bright and it’s built in adjustable dpi helps with getting a better feel than non-adjustable mouses. The battery life is great and lasts a while with constant use. I’ve had it for a month or so and I’ve only had to charge it twice. The side buttons and sniper button are great for gaming and web browsing. All buttons on the mouse are customizable and the ique software works great and isn’t hard to use. Overall a great mouse. I would highly recommend picking this mouse up and other Corsair products.

Great mouse!
Greatmouse for PC gaming. 5 different dpi settings that are all customizable. Great feel in the hand and weight adjustable. Great quality material including the cord. Highly recommend!

Have used this mouse for about 10 years.
I've used this same mouse for the past decade for work and gaming, only needing to replace it once because the scroll wheel stopped working after 6 years. It feels great and has a nice weight to it. I like that it's wired so I don't have to worry about charging it. The colors are customizable but I don't really mess around with that. It has a button on the side you can press with your thumb to either slow down your mouse speed (for aiming) or customize to a different action. I have honestly never used it once but it's fun to press a bunch of times when I'm waiting for a page to load.

Low quality and bad warranty disappointed in Corsair
This mouse had an issue with the scroll wheel after only 3 months (past the amazon return period), and Corsairs warranty policy is terrible. Before this I used an old wired logitech G502 until I got this mouse thinking it would be an upgrade, but quickly the scroll wheel started to become almost unusable because whenever i would scroll it would only register maybe 10% of the scrolls that were being made. The faster you try to scroll it, the slower it would end up actually scrolling because it would hardly register anything. I got it replaced under Corsair warranty but their warranty is terrible because they expect the customer to pay for the shipping on their faulty product to send it to them and they took 2 weeks just to send me the replacement after I sent mine to them, they do not reimburse for shipping so it cost me extra money to get this mouse fixed which is ridiculous considering it already cost so much to begin with. After they sent me the replacement I just ended up selling that new one and buying a logitech g502 x lightspeed instead. I am so much happier with it the quality feels much better and Logitech actually stands behind their products. When I had to claim warranty on logitech products in the past they will actually send you a replacement upfront before they receive your item and they will cover the shipping if they even make you ship it back at all. That is far better warranty and support than what I experienced with Corsair and it is what should be expected for these expensive items. I also realized how much better the logitech mouse feels it really is superior for your hand comfort and has great features like the scroll wheel that can be used for fast scrolling and side scrolling and the wheel feels much more tactile and quality then the one on the m65

Excellent quality, might take some getting used to vs. a more standard mouse
1 WEEK UPDATE: After a week of use I have decided to return this mouse and try the Ironclaw. The bottom line is, I am not getting used to the feel of this mouse. I think it is just too small for my hand. I also don't like the sniper button being located where my thumb naturally rests. Sometimes I pick up my mouse to re-position it and I end up pushing the sniper button sometimes. There is no question that this mouse is superb as a dedicated gaming mouse. Between the 26,000 DPI capability and the 8,000 Hz polling rate, this thing really performs as a gaming mouse. But for everything else, it falls short for me. I want a larger mouse that is more oriented towards comfort, I am willing to trade off some of the gaming performance to have a more comfortable mouse. Original Review: For the past 5 years I have been using the Corsair Sabre and just recently noticed issues with the right click, I was having to push it harder for it to stay on during gaming. Other than that it still works fine so I will keep it as a backup mouse. But I decided to upgrade to the M65 RGB Ultra. Last two photos are comparisons of the M65 vs the Sabre. As you can see the size of the two is equivalent, but the shape and feel is very different. 1. With all the weights installed, the M65 is significantly heavier. With them removed, significantly lighter. So it is very nicely tunable in the weight department. I am keeping all of them installed as I like a heavy mouse. 2. For pretty much everyone the sniper button on the M65 is going to be located where your thumb naturally rests on the mouse. This is one of the biggest differences that requires getting used to. The button requires a firm press to activate so accidentally doing so really isn't a concern. Its just the feel of the button constantly on your thumb is different if you have never used a mouse with a button in this location. FYI in default setup pressing the sniper button (at any time) changes the mouse to the sniper DPI setting (400 DPI), this is really nice to have during gaming. I don't play a lot of FPS games but I will still use it occasionally. Of course you can program all the buttons to do whatever you want them to do in iCue. 3. The mouse wheel on the M65 has a grippier feel and is much harder to rotate. It also has a very solid click into place. It isn't a smooth scrolling wheel, it has very pronounced 'notches'. Some will like it, some won't. 4. I have the wired version and the quality of the USB cable is excellent and very soft. The USB plug itself has grippy rubber on it and is also very well made. 5. The range of DPI with this mouse is crazy. I tried 26,000 DPI but frankly I don't see how anyone would ever use it, even in FPS games. I changed my settings from 1200 DPI to 15,000 DPI and even then I will probably never use the 15k setting. The most I ever use in game is about 12k. But it is still available if you want it. 6. One of the draws of the wired version of this mouse is the 8,000 Hz polling rate. I just tried it while playing the Dead Space remake and did NOT like it at all. It felt unnatural to me. It was so fast that I was getting rapid and unexpected movement in game that went away when I lowered the setting to 4,000 Hz. At 4,000 Hz it is still extremely responsive and feels much more natural to me. I suspect that I am probably so used to having a slight delay that it just feels more normal. Note that it also requires a lot of CPU power to function in game at 8,000 Hz. Its not worth it to me and I didn't like it, but to each his own. Overall I am happy with this mouse. I still have to get used to the overall feel of it in my hand, but that will happen fairly quickly. Hopefully it holds up.

Comfortable sturdy mouse with onboard memory
The main reason I purchased this mouse was the onboard memory. I switch between Linux, macOS, and Windows and don't care for having software running in the background all the time to control my mouse. I only change the function of the sniper button to a key combo that shows my window overview in each OS. I use the software on macOS to make the changes and then close the application. I don't install the helpers or grant any background permissions, so the software is only used to change and save the presets to the device. This mouse does that perfectly. I don't have the software running in the background and I can switch between my different machines without any problem. It is very comfortable and a nice weight (without the additional weights installed). It is also very solid compared to most mice I have used over a very long period of time. The buttons feel great, and it glides well. I highly recommend this mouse for anyone needing a mouse in a cross-platform environment.
