The cover and title of this book really suggests that it's a collection of script tattoos for inspiration and reference (The Graphic Art of Tattoo Lettering is superb if that is what you're looking for). This really isn't that. It's essentially just a collection of printed fonts that can easily be found online - some of which look like the lettering you see in tattoos. There's no instruction on how to draw/write them or information on the alphabets themselves.There's a lot of blackletter variants and some of the swashes and ornamentation in there are nice but it's really just page after page of printed typefaces with some space to try and copy them on the opposite page. If that's what you're looking for, then you'd probably enjoy this but I think most people would assume the contents of this book would be a lot different based on the cover and title.

You can find most of this online.. I'm not sorry to have bought it.. but wouldnt reccomend it either.• Showed up with weird greasy marks on the cover.
