Indispensable for bad back sufferers.

As a bad back sufferer, this is a wonderful bit of kit. Easy to heat the packs in the microwave or freeze in the freezer, the packs then fit neatly into the pouch. The elastic stretch belt is strong and holds well. Thoroughly recommended.

Very good generously sized product

Very good product with only one drawback - make sure the Velcro *only* contacts the blue cloth as it tears at the elastic band.IMO the very generously sized ice pack should be taken out 20 minutes before use to avoid skin damage - it last for about one hour at ambient so can be used for 10 mins/break/used etc/break which is really effective and won't damage skin.You might need eg a microfbre cloth as extra padding in the first ten minutes.I used it for lower spine stenosis _ inflammation - excellentPS I have a 40 inch waist :-( and it just fits...my fault not theirs!

Would recommend

Really delighted with this - it holds the heat for hours, the strap is sturdy, easy to fit on, and covers a wide area, yet it’s not bulky or uncomfortable. I haven’t used the cold pack - only using heat, and it really works. I like that there’s two packs included - I’ve kept one for the freezer and the other I heat in the microwave for 30secs. It’s been a god send gor lower back pain.

Reusable ice pack

It's just like the ones from school back in the day, that elastic attachment makes it easy to attach to let's say a broken ankle and it freezes over night and. They are two so you can use one while the other freezes and vice versa. Super flexible use. Good ice pack

Better than frozen peas 🫛

These have been a life saver for my knee pain. One in use whilst the other in the freezer. If not using in the sleeve make sure you don’t just place it directly on skin as it will stick and leave you freeze marks.These have been well used, freeze quickly and better than the option of medication all the time. Bonus they also cool you down in hot weather!

Gel pack does what it’s supposed to well

Don’t put the gel pack into the microwave for longer than is necessary or it will explode!Thankfully there are two packs to use and work very well .The pouch provided is very soft and comfortable and the strap to hold it on to the knee or leg or area you want to provide relief is good quality
