The instructions show the cap on upside down. Don't do what it shows.The shape of the cap allows water to seep out in a couple spots but it's much better than what I was doing before and has made hair washing less of a fight.

I admit, I didn't have high hopes for this product. Not to the fault of the product itself, but because my 2 year old HATES water going into her hair. I tried toys, using a shower head instead, having her lay down, having her pour the water...just nothing worked. It was torture to her, her beloved bath times ending on a sour note of red faced bawling. And then I tried this, and it was love at first use! Its a little awkward to use, but it was worth it as I finally washed her hair with NO tears! At last, bath time is fun again from start to end.

My wife ordered this and I thought it was a gimmick that wouldn’t work. So imagine my surprise when it worked exactly as advertised! Bath time just got a lot easier.
