Quick relief
I suffer from horrible migraines and pressure headaches. This pack puts pressure on my head in all the right spots. While it was uncomfortable for the first few minutes, once I had the packs where I wanted it was instant relief. The combo of cold and compression is a life saver. Planning to order more to keep a rotation frozen :)

Migraine head wrap
Migraine head wrap I am always getting sinus infection and migraine so I wanted something to give me some relief this is very durable but also very comfortable to wear I have falling asleep a few time with it on it’s like wearing a sleeping masking great price or a great gift

Would not recommend
I own a few different kinds of “migraine hats.” This one is by far my least favorite and I almost never use it. If you put it in the freezer, the gel packs become so hardened that it is physically painful to put the hat on and to wear. But if you put it in the fridge, the gel is only cold on your head for like 5 min. I genuinely feel like I wasted my money.

I bought like 6 of these!
Right now I’m experiencing tension on my forehead and neck/ back of head, and the only thing that provides relief is ice!! This numbs the pain, lasts for a decent amount of time and freezes quickly after I swap it out for another one! Better than the soft gel (fabric) one.. those did not stay cold enough long enough for me. So happy I found these!

WAY too tight and not enough ice packs
My head is not big (about 21" around) and these hats are way too small and don't contain enough ice packs. If you have a tiny head and very minor headaches, then maybe they will work for you. But for us with normal or larger sized heads, they will not work. And for us who need actual ICE and long-term relief, they will not work. I am returning them. The fabric of the hat is nice and comfortable, but that's it.I wish products like these were available in stores so we could see and try them on before playing the order-and-return game, but I suppose that's the way of the world now. Everything is on Amazon, unfortunately. (These are the 3rd headache hats I've tried, from Amazon.)

A life saver
I tried a different type of migraine ice pack and hated it! This one is so comfortable and it keeps the coolness in longer. I’ve only had it a couple days and I’ve fallen asleep wearing it multiple times. I get the issue with sensitivity to smells but you can easily apply a peppermint oil or lavender oil to the outside of it to add additional soothing. My only issue is that I didn’t buy two!

Works Great
Hard to get on if you freeze it. Doesn’t stay cold long if you just put it in the fridge. I just leave it out for 5 minutes before putting it on

Can’t recommend
The gel packs freeze solid and are extremely uncomfortable / not malleable. Dig into head if you try to lay down. Very disappointing especially given the price.
