These are pointless and will make your situation worse. Get away from this whole mindset of rehabilitation. Or, you can buy it and watch as nothing gets better outside of maybe some placebo effect.

Have bought several. Really helped my ankle, but the velcro type fasteners don't hold up long term

This brace is only good for short term use, the velcro loses its usefulness after stretching the brace a few time. Cannot recommend this brace.
