Kynup Digital Vernier Caliper, 150mm Caliper with Stainless Steel, Inch Millimeter Fraction Conversion, Measuring Tools Calipers Gauge with Large LCD Screen (6 Inch)

I wanted a replacement for my old vernier calipers as I'm getting old and its difficult to see the scale so I thought I would give these digital ones a try. So pleased I did as not only are they very accurate, the display is very easy to read. To check the accuratey I got my trusty feeler gauge out and, after checking some of the gauges with both my old vernier calipers as well as my micrometer to verify the sizes were correct I gave these new ones a try. And they were bang on.. well within their stated tolerances. See my video showing the 0.28mm gauge. It was difficult to film one handed but you can see this new digital vernier caliper measured it correctly. (I did test more but did not film and it was accurate on all of them) They are very well made and feel substantial in the hand. Come if a protective plastic case with a couple of spare batteries. Even has a conversion scale on thr back of them. All in all.. a very precise tool for relatively little money. Very happy with them.

I had always wondered, prior to being placed in a position where I needed such a device, why people own these things. As a motorbike owner, this little device has become invaluable to me, especially when adjusting the tension on my drive chain to ensure my rear wheel was aligned perfectly, right down to the millimetre. Brilliant job. I also have found it a God send for sizing specific bolts, again on my motorcycle, that had stripped threads and required replacing. This device allowed me to measure with great accuracy the specific dimensions of the bolts needed, as requested by specialist websites selling bolts of all shapes and sizes. It's very easy to use, the LCD display is clear and easily read, quality-wise it feels good in the hands, not at all flimsy, and has made so many tasks of maintenance on my bike a breeze. A very good purchase to my mind. Recommended.

Being a diy freak I have an excellent understanding for the tools and the prescription tools where the accuracy is everything all about I have always owned a caliper for the prescription measurements I am not totally disappointed with this measurement tool it does make readings almost accurately but all such previous callipers I am not all fully satisfied since I owned one totatt built of steel although that is not this Big and clear LCD screen still in excellent working condition after over more than 15 years and still didn't need not to change the battery My main concern is the plastic and steel mixture without the sliding wheel which is generally a standard for all such measurement tools I am not all too much satisfied with the construction materials my previous callipers was lost in helping a friend fixing his car fuel lid cover I had to but it since he bought a brand new Toyota car which had his fuel lid got broken and me being a diy freak I offered him to bring his car which took couple of rivits and the holes for the screw needed the accurate measurements I am not fully satisfied with its material construction it lacks the sliding wheel and the drilling holes to get the rivits to be fastened although I managed to fix his issue even with this callipers but the full steel construction could have been a better choice to replace my lost caliper I can give it 5 stars for the accuracy But I am afraid that the quality doesn't match to the satisfaction although full steel ones are also available at Amazon choices which is almost double the price I may recommend if you have multiple usese for the calliper I should have bought the full steel one with the sliding wheel Please review other reviews before you hit the buy now button Stay blessed Dr Hameed faheem

I wanted a simple caliper to help with my 3D print modelling to get accurate sizes for items I wanted to create. This is working perfectly for my requirements. I had seen so many that were just flimsy and felt like they would break easily, this doesn't feel like that. I feels quite sturdy. The display makes reading the size of items you are measuring really easy, especially if you have poor eyesight as the display is large enough to read. It also has the measurements on the tool itself if you prefer to use that or if the battery for the display has failed. It comes with a spare battery for the display, so this just increases the value for money. It also comes in a plastic case that can be used to protect the caliper from damage while you are not using it. On use you should just check to make sure that the starting value is 0. If it isn't reading 0 when it is fully closed then there is a button on the display to reset the 0 point. There is a second button on the caliper to switch between inches or millimeters.

I can't vouch for the accuracy but I can't believe they can make these for the price. I mostly use them for measuring bolts and so on. Great for that

I was planning on returning these as the readout was wrong and showing half measurements (ie. at 50mm the display shown 25mm) and the mm/in button to switch between measurements wasn’t working. But after removing the battery and leaving it out for 30seconds and reinserting, it reset the device and all works well. For the price they’re really good. The ‘carbon fibre’ one (pretty sure it’s plastic) feels a bit delicate but the accuracy and ease of use are great after the battery reset.

Does the job but a little too much bling for me.

If I could I would give it 0 stars, didn’t work at all! Cheap and nasty, I suppose you get what you pay for!!

Fácil de usar y si repite las medidas de lo mismo que mides aunque tarde un poco en dar el mismo valor, lo que mas me gusto es quen se prende solo cuando lo abres y te evitas precionar el boton de ON. Aunque para medir cuerdas de tornillo muy cortas y finas no es posible eria como de 1 mm en adelante

Die Schiebelehre ist für den Preis mehr als okay. Ist gut verarbeitet und sehr genau. Sie kommt in einer Kunststoffverpackung und ist daher auch schnell aufgeräumt und kann nicht kaputt gehen. Hatte vorher eine andere diese war aber leider sehr ungenau und von der Qualität kein Vergleich zu dieser. Ich kann sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würde mich über einen Klick auf "nützlich" freuen

I like this 150mm (6") stainless steel Kynup Digital Caliper. Perfect length for 95% of my needs. The fraction option is a nice touch. It is well built and has a nice weight to it. The slider wheel works well and the main part has ridges in all the right places in order to move it back and forth with ease. I did my research and this caliper was the best price and quality for my buck. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. I paid $29.74 id Nov 2025. Cheers Gary

This is a one of those items you find a need for and don't know what to really trust. Junk rules supreme across the 'zon scape. Worry not. I was once in your shoes. This device is solid, feels really machined (doubt it it is but it has a solid heft and feel. I can always measure a cheap display from a good one by tapping it. Hollow sound, not so good. This one: solid. The measurements are accurate and you can switch between units easily. You also have a stop functionality for presets. Fantastic unit for the price. Highlyy recommend. Going to get a lot of use out of this.
