Overall this is good no frills supplement. It contains the supplement stated as far as I can tell and nothing else, no added supplements, no colors, nothing. After taking it for a couple days I could already feel the benefits. In the product description here (on the page) it says its non gmo, and lab tested as well as a lot of self proclaimed statements. However on the product label there are none of these stamps or seals. Plus if it doesn't have the non-gmo project butterfly seal or USDA organic seal it would be hard to prove these claims. There is also no information as far as the mentioned third party lab testing I could find anywhere. Everything else is clearly stated on the label with the ingredient and dosage plus a lot number and expiration date.The capsules are a standard size so easily swallowable. There is a slight odor to them but it is not unpleasant. They are all filled uniformly with no empties or damages capsules. When swallowing there is no bad aftertaste or after effects such as flatulence or indigestion as some supplements can offer.Overall I would say it's a good supplement with good benefits but I don't particularly like the marketing with the self made claims many supplements have these days.

I didn't notice any difference after taking these for a couple weeks. However, I take a lot of other supplements, so that could be why.

As a high I.Q. adult living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I much prefer prefer this herbal alternative to the harsher doctor-prescribed pharmaceutical options, which can feel like falling off a cliff when the daily dosage wears off!I also appreciate the simplicity of evaluating effectiveness of a two-ingredient dosage. The three pills/day dosage makes this a bit costlier than anticipated...but most importantly, I can still recall first being introduced to herbal alternatives like this decades ago by a neighbor who worked as a research scientist for Merck Pharmaceuticals decades ago when he brought them back from the mountains of Peru and that brings me great peace of mind.

My husband has been taking this and there is zero change in anything. This just didn't work for us. The pills are easy to get down but overall not impressed.

Helps you feel better each day. Energy feels more solid than drinking coffee. Small enough to swallow easily. Very effective and seemingly a great bang for the buck to help with your health

This supplement appealed to me with how it wasn't some complex blend with many ingredients and instead just has the black maca and huanarpo in a vegetable capsule. The capsules are transparent and average size with a smooth surface so they are easy to take. They are a deep brown in color and have a earthy wood scent that is decently strong. The bottle lists the expiration date just under two years out. Taking these is not quite like taking a energy drink as these capsules seem to have a much more subtle but building boost as you take them.

Pros:3 caps a day will give you 40 days of this supplement. That's not bad considering you can easily spend that cost on energy drinks or coffee.Within two days of taking this I started waking up to the ol "rise and shine" if you get what I'm talking about. The only other supplement I'm currently taking is regular whey protein so I know this is in my system.Cons:None so far. No upset stomach or headaches. I was a little skeptical when I read the word "strength" misspelled on the products page but hey, no issues!
