My recollection is that the pin locations are the same on the maverick as the 500, so Yes I believe it will.

I dont think so considering it will only fit the Mossy 500, 590, and 600. Now, if your Ithaca Model 37 has the same layout and bolt pattern as one of these guns, then it might fit. But I'm not familiar with your model of gun.
