*Update. After a few resets and phone updates it is English now. Guess just needed a little kick :)Headphones work good as they should. Connect with no problem and great volume. Big issues is language. For some reason mine is in Chinese so until I learn the language I do not know the numbers when I get a call. Sent a response to ask if there is a way to change it, still waiting for a response.

Review after having for a few days.*I was elated to find a neckband with numerous designated control button which are rare even on high most high end neckbands. Although a little more awkward to use, I am so glad this headset has them!*Overall sound quality is not quite as good as high end neckbands but the non-phone calls seems almost as good. I may use this headset for rougher activities but a more expensive one for phone calls (so it lasts longer) and normal daily activities...we'll see how this goes...*Overall I think this is a decent alternative to my current favorite headset lg Tone HBS.930. Although that tone headset is nearly better in every way (except usb-b and older bluetooth), it is MUCH more expensive (~$200!). This Bluenin is far more cost effective, while having all the same button controls and features.Weighting for each pro/con:++/--Major Pro/con+/-Minor Pro/conPros:++Buttons designations are fantastic! 1) On/Off slider so you know absolutely by seeing/feeling if on/off 2) Designated volume controls 3) Designated music forward/backward controls 4) Pause/play button 5) Call/Google assistant button (although I cannot figure out how to get mine to work 6) So far retraction buttons work well...we shall see how that holds up.++Decent sound quality for audio books/music (although not as good for calls)++Great features for the price+Range is good as expected+USB-C and fast charging.+Bluetooth 5.0Cons:--Phone calls: Strangely the sound quality on the phone doesn't seem to be nearly as good as audiobooks/music. Phone microphone not especially good.-Buttons are a little awkward and I find harder to feel as compared to the lg headsets neckbands-The gradient for the volume controls is a little steeper than I would want so each notch up/down changes it significantly...especially noticeable at low volumes.--There is a call/google button but mine doesn't seem to be working.-It is not quite as subtle on the neck because of the silver decoration, and the brand name.

I know not a ringing endorsement but it is just an average headphone. It says it’s noise canceling but maybe they have a different definition than I do. The only way I don’t hear the noise around me is if the music is so loud those around me can hear it as well. I know what you’re thinking, what’s the big deal. I listen to great music and I just know that others want to hear it but when I listen to my music that loud I get a headache and then have to take pills to get rid of said headache and can’t listen to my music because my headaches. Vicious circle. Anyway the price isn’t bad, I don’t notice noise canceling but it does play music and connects to my kindle so I can listen to ebooks.

This is a really good product light weight and easy to use. Only issue is it changes to other languages. Their needs to be a way to lock in the language that you want.

I like the sound quality, the ease of having my headphones around my neck so I don't lose them and that they retract. They were great until a little over a year of having them they just stopped working all together. I think headphones should last longer than that especially when they're well cared for. The plastic pieces for the ears also began popping off a few months ago.

Great headphone I wear them when I'm working are showing I like they work good.

Good price good quality. Though sound could be better but is adequate for what it is being used for.

As an amateur chef, I'm often juggling multiple tasks in the kitchen. These Bluetooth headphones have been an absolute boon. With over 14 hours of music time, I can cook, bake, and clean without worrying about the battery. The retractable wire is a brilliant feature, keeping me free from any tangled mess. The sound quality is extremely clear which makes my cooking shows and calls more enjoyable. However, they're not quite right for me as I prefer over-ear headphones for comfort during prolonged use. Highly recommend for those who prefer in-ear styles, though!
