Does the job perfectly, just make sure you get the right size
I fitted this for my elderly mother who needed to be able for carers to enter her house using a key even when she had locked it from the inside. With having the handle as opposed to a key on the inside it's possible to get in with a key with the door locked - we had had a scare when she had fallen and we were only able to get in as she had left her back door unlocked by mistake. This lock helps with this safety issue, and also makes it easier for her to lock and unlock the door rather than trying to use a key. HOWEVER, make sure you get the right size, I strongly suggest removing the old one and measuring with it removed, don't guess as they are not capable of being fitted if the wrong size.
