And also provide options to choose for the diet intake as per one see's fit.The customer support of cultsport is also accessible through WhatsApp as well as personally address the issue I am regarding the gear shifting in 5-6th gear getting slipped. It might take sometime to get connected to them they do address the issue with full attention.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent purchase from Urban Terrain via Amazon. I ordered what was advertised as a top-of-the-line cycle with gear, disk brakes, and mud guards, but what I received was a far cry from that description. The product I received lacked all the features promised, leaving me with a basic, inferior bicycle that does not meet my needs or expectations.Not only did the product fail to match the detailed description provided on the website, but it also arrived in subpar condition. It's evident that there was a severe lack of quality control in the manufacturing and shipping process.I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Urban Terrain and their products. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The 29 size bottle green color cycle looks very good and stands out from the rest easily. Thr build quality is also good. Reviewing after almost 3months use. Gear changing for front gears near the pedal is a bit tricky, the chain slips if you don't give the correct amount of pressure on the gear changing lever. Rear gears change up and down easily no problem there. Over this 29size cycle is good for 5.7-5.8 height boys.Also got free diet consultation from cultfit team. The nutrition expert took inputs from me on current eating habits, and explained complete diet plan to help me reduce my weight in detail very meticulously. That too for free. Bought the cycle for 13K to gift my kids, but there are many faults for which we had to be constant touch with the cult-support team.First time when I ordered the cycle many of the major parts are missing, so the cult support team asked to return the product and reorder the product. I did the same and in the new package some of the parts were missing which the cult-support team shipped them to our address directly. After few weeks noticed that front suspension installation is not done appropriately.For the suspension issue, the support team contacted us and provided the solution through a demo video.right from the day we bought the product, we are in constant touch with the support team for one or other issue.Only good thing is cult-support team is very responsive, but for the pain of reporting to them and following up I feel I could have visited a store and bought a cycle for my kid.
